A site for a wide platform, in a week

An Australian software company whose platform runs sales, aftersales, marketing and loyalty for car dealers and carmakers, all from one customer record.

The ask

A website a carmaker's senior team would take seriously, telling the sales decks' story and explaining the whole platform in one scroll.

The real problem

The platform has more than twenty modules and a page per module would have lost the buyer long before they understood it.

m-anant built the story around one idea, every module feeding a single customer record, and Weave designed it in the second week.

A page eachA page per module: more than twenty pages, and the buyer gone long before the end.

Two loopsTwenty modules on two loops, sales and aftersales, with the core modules gathering in the customer record where the loops meet.

What we built

We built the site in week three, using AI for speed and accuracy. A scroll-triggered opening sequence runs in seven beats, from the dealer's problem through to the client's own closing line.

An AI section shows a WhatsApp service booking handled in the communications hub, and the point where a person takes over.

How we made it hold

We built against mock-ups the client had already approved, so the whole week went on the build. An engineer checked the build against the mock-ups as it came together.

Backstage The decisions behind the build, and the hardest problem

Decisions

  1. Build against direction and mock-ups the client had already approved.

So the whole week went on the build.

  2. AI in the making, an engineer checking.

The build was checked against the mock-ups as it came together.

The hardest problem

More than twenty modules on a complex technology stack, to be understood in one scroll. Each module sits on the sales loop or the aftersales loop, and the core modules gather in the customer record where the two loops meet.

The difference

  • Three weeks from first brief to finished site, with the build in the last.
  • The site now tells the sales decks' story, so a wide platform reads as one idea.
  • The client chose to have the group build the site after seeing the direction and mock-ups.
